    • Responsible for End to End Service Delivery Management of IT Services & Projects with quality assurance
    • SPOC for Client & Vendors for Escalation Management
    • Astute in coordinating with the vendors, negotiating price, creating contracts and the best deal for the organization at the best possible price
    • Responsible for Call Management of Installation, Incident Calls & AMC Calls – PAN India
    • Responsible for Resource Management as per client requirement – PAN India
    • Responsible for weekly review with Clients on task/activity assigned to organization
    • Responsible for weekly review with Vendors for assigned task/ activity
    • Responsible for building New Relationship with Vendors across PAN India
    • Responsible for Vendor Bill/ Invoice follow-up & Payment
    • Prepared budgets for various projects
    • Determined necessary resources for each project
    • Presented realistic timelines for project completions
    • Maintained database of all activates with vendors
    • Supervised services provided by each vendor
    • Prepared detailed trend analysis reports
    • Coordinated with other team members to achieve assigned goals
    • Updating Escalation Matrix on Monthly Basis
    • Weekly meeting with Team & working on GAP

    • Develop new and existing accounts and manages the entire sales cycle from start to finish for delivery of customized business solutions i.e. Managed IT Services, Computer Maintenance and AMC Business, Web Development services, Managed IT & Infrastructure Services to clients in PAN INDIA.
    • Identifies and implements innovative business development and sales strategies to increase company profitability by fully leveraging product/service offerings of Company’s horizontal and vertical markets. Working in tandem with Potential Existing/ New Accounts understanding their needs and proposing complete solutions. Dealing with Negotiations and Deal Closures.
    • Responsibilities include developing and implementing strategic plans and procuring new Business. Constant interaction with clients to understand requirements, scope and business potential, maintaining good client relationship. Achieve business and revenue targets on monthly basis.
    • Gathers and maintains pipeline metrics to enable the business to measure progress against targets. Uses corporate tools to manage the pipeline, metrics, and forecasts and drive business intelligence.
